Shipping your order
We ship orders from our Perth warehouse via Australia Post, with Parcel Post and Express Post options at checkout.
For New Zealand, free shipping on parts orders of $149 or more.

All prices are in AUD. Enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rate. The free shipping threshold applies to your item subtotal; any service fees are shown separately at checkout.
Shipping for orders containing LEGO sets is calculated at checkout based on parcel size and delivery address.
When will my order arrive?
We hand pick and pack your order, and will let you know when it has been dispatched. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose.

Returns & refunds
Our returns policy applies to all items, new and used, purchased in Australia and New Zealand.
Faulty items
Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund or replacement. We cover return postage for faulty items.
Change of mind
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage. As our parts are hand picked and counted, a 20% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns.
